Aim to increase rate of utilisation:

Special Committee on foreign aid

A special Cabinet sub-committee will be appointed to streamline the utilisation of foreign aid, the Government announced yesterday. The Cabinet Sub Committee will be under the Chairmanship of President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, Minister Mangala Samaraweera said.
