Trade, Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister, Jeyaraj Fernandopulle last week appointed the long awaited Advisory Council on the Sri Lanka Automated Cargo Clearance System to link all trade related bodies together with regard to import and export and to submit customs documents electronically.
