Mystery of the leaked ballot paper

Mystery surrounds the leakage of ballot paper, serial number 414 in the first vote to elect the Speaker of the 13th Parliament which had reportedly gone into the hands of two senior UNP Members of Parliament, one from the Colombo District and the other from the Kalutara District that afternoon which had been photo copied later, well informed sources from the Parliament disclosed yesterday.
