Peace moves gather momentum:

President meets Norwegian Deputy FM, Sunday

OSLO, Tuesday (AFP) Norway's government said on Tuesday it would send a delegation to Sri Lanka on May 1 for a meeting with the government and armed rebels, the first since Oslo agreed to resume its role as mediator in the more than 20-year conflict.
