President tells Ministers:

Make State institutions people friendly

President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga has requested all Cabinet Ministers and Deputy Ministers to start the process of transforming State institutions into people friendly ones by organising shramadana campaigns to mark May Day to clean up and streamline their Ministries and institutions under their purview.
