Nepali PM stresses need to strengthen SAARC

Nepal Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa met Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe last morning shortly after his arrival in the country to fulfill his obligation, as the present chairperson of SAARC, to visit the member nations during his tenure.
