NCCSL Investor Forum The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) in association with the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka and government ministries will conduct an "Investor Forum" on November 28 and 29 at the BMICH. The objectives are to provide details of investment opportunities available. The Forum is sponsored by Sri Lanka Telecom Ltd as the principal sponsor and Lanka Bell Ltd and the DFCC Bank as co-sponsors. Session I to be held on November 28 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. will focus on "Investment Opportunities in the Power and Energy Sector" whilst session II to be held on November 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. will be to provide details on "Investment Opportunities in the Transport Sector". Session III titled "Transforming Sri Lanka through Information and Communication Technology" will discuss 'Investment opportunities in the Information and Communication Technology Sector' and will be held on November 29 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. A panel of senior government policy makers and leading private sector investors will present papers on the opportunities available in different sectors for investment and joint ventures. Panel discussions with experts and policy makers in each field will be held at the end of every session. Presentation material will be made available to the participants to facilitate decision-making in their selected areas of investment. |
