Chennai veterans to play two matches by Mahinda Jinadasa and Sunil Abeywardena The Chennai Veterans Soccer Club arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday for a two match tour on the invitation of the Colombo Veterans Soccer Association. The visitors will take on the Super Masters team in their opening fixture on Friday at the Sugathadasa Stadium. This match will be played under the patronage of Gamini Randeniya president of the Football Federation of Sri Lanka. The Super Masters team will be captained by P. D. Sirisena and also includes four former national captains. The tourists will then meet the Colombo Veterans Football Club on Sunday in their second game at the Sports Ministry grounds, Reid Avenue. The Colombo Veterans Football Club will be led by Oliver Fernando. This match will be played under the patronage of Chryshantha Perera Chief Executive Officer of the Football Federation of Sri Lanka.
