The market started on a positive note this week and also gained 23.6 points on ASPI and 50.0 points on MPI. The indices closed at 852.9 on ASPI and 1492.57 on MPI. There was higher growth in both indices in the first half of the week. Total turnover for the week was Rs. 1,379.5 million with an average daily turnover of Rs. 275.9 million.
