VENERABLE THAL ARAMBE GNANAWASA THERO   Chief Sangha Nayaka of Kalutara Thotamuna of the Amarapura Chapter and Chief Incumbent of Sri Saddharmaramaya, Vihara Kanda, Payagala and Sri Purwaramaya, Hirigalgodella, passed away. The funeral ceremony will take place at Daluwatte Public Grounds, Payagala on Thursday 13th March at 3.00 p.m.

GNANAMUTTU, GEORGE ARIYANAYAGAM -   Beloved husband of Joyce, loving brother of late Sam, Victor, Regina, late Mercy, late Ruby and Grace, brother-in-law of late Malar, Siron, Vittie Asirwatham, Esther, Sivaprakasam, Queenie, Tamby Rajah and Mala Chellappah passed away peacefully on Saturday 1st March.
