Top UN inspectors urge Iraq to cooperate, as Britain gears up for war

The United Nations' top arms inspectors Thursday urged Iraq to show a "drastic change" of attitude and cooperate fully as time runs out to avert a looming war, as Britain stepped up the deployment of its armed forces to the Gulf.
