One of Taiwan's largest Buddhist organisations broke ground
Sunday on a huge museum to house a relic believed to be one of the
Buddha's teeth.Thousands of Buddhist faithful prayed and prostrated
themselves to the strains of solemn Buddhist music as the relic, protected
in a golden case, was brought in a sedan chair to the venue of the planned
museum next to the Fokuangshan Monaster in southern Kaohsiung county.
