Science and Technology Minister Milinda Moragoda left for India yesterday at the end of the fourth round of talks between the government and the LTTE. Moragoda will be meeting with senior Indian government representatives including External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha and Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister Brajesh Mishra to brief New Delhi about the progress of the negotiations. He is also expected to meet with Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani and Congress Leader Sonia Gandhi. |
