Peace talks survive tough tests

Observers of the Sri Lankan peace process had called the third round of talks held in Oslo the most crucial.Then the fourth round held in the deceptively serene surroundings of the Rose garden in Nakorn Pathom in Thailand was the most dangerous. This round saw the peace process entering its second and most difficult phase.
