billion in assets has expressed concern over the inactivity of the
Government of Sri Lanka in granting approval for a 900 megawatt coal fired
thermal power station in the deep south, an investment worth US$ 1 billion
(around Rs. 97 billion) for which the Expressions of Interest were called
