ISLAMABAD, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Pakistan has indefinitely postponed a regional Asian summit where officials had hoped for informal talks with Indian leaders over the disputed Kashmir region, a foreign ministry spokesman said on Monday.The decision was in response to India's refusal to confirm its attendance at the seven-nation SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) summit scheduled to have taken place in Islamabad from January 11-13.
