Bush wants China, APEC to condemn NKorea nukes

President George W. Bush hopes China's president and other Asian leaders will join him this weekend in demanding that North Korea dismantle its secret nuclear arms program, US officials said Tuesday."What we're looking for are strong statements saying that this action is unacceptable, it is a threat to regional peace and security, the program has to be rolled back," said one of the officials, who declined to be named.
