True strawberry sensation

Strawberry and whip cream

Strawberries...they are something that a little sour to the tongue but very sweet to the mind and refreshing to the soul. With all this and many more, the Galadari Hotel held a week long promotion of strawberry delights serving at the Cafe 64.

From pastries, cupcakes, smoothies, cakes and trifles it was truly a strawberry sensation. Speaking to hotel's pastry chef Nihal explained how he experimented with flavours to see if they mix with one another. Some of the flavours he played along with were Strawberry meringue, meringue with strawberry cream and chocolate, almond cake with strawberries and yogurt cake.

The item that sells fast is the smoothies. Guests can select from a range of strawberry cakes, tarts, French pastries and fresh strawberries served with whip cream and a range of sweet sauces.

Chef Nihal also made sure that to the ones who are more of the chill out with music people are also served with strawberry treats other than cakes and smoothies. Cocktails and mocktails are also made available at the lobby bar and the Margarita Blue for their own relaxing pleasure.

Also, Chef Nihal also mentioned that they are preparing special cakes and chocolates for Father's Day, so children, time to make your orders for Father's day.
