Heroin dealer in barber’s guise nabbed

A heroin dealer who impersonated as a barber in a saloon was arrested
by the police on a tip-off from the public at Horana, Pokunuwita.
The saloon was divided into two parts and the sale of heroin was
being carried out at the saloon’s rear, the Police said. Police seized
60 grams of heroin along with the suspect aged 25. |
