Woman arrested with two IDs

Biyagama Police arrested a woman with two National Identity cards
last week. The woman produced before the Mahara magistrate was remanded
until an inquiry by the Registration of Persons Department officials.
The arrest was made during a search operation.
The suspect, residing in a rented house in Malwana, had two different
addresses, one in Kandy and the other in Kalutara. |
