Bangalow at Maduru Oya National Park

The Wildlife Conservation Department has taken action to connect the Dambana Vedda community to the Maduru Oya National Park with immediate effect. A ceremony in this connection will be held under the patronage of Agrarian Services and Wildlife Minister S.M. Chandrasena and with the participation of Agrarian Services and Wildlife Ministry Secretary Udeni Wickramasinghe and Director General Wildlife Conservation Department H D Ratnayake on November 26.

The ministry has also planned to open a bungalow at the Maduru Oya National Park for foreign and local tourists.
