Economic Service Charge and Nation Building Tax:
ICASL to educate public
In its continuing drive to educate the public on the country's
taxation system, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)
has organized a discussion on the Economic Service Charge and the Nation
Building Tax.
The discussion will be held today from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm at the
Institute's Auditorium, Colombo 7 and is a follow up to the last month's
seminar on 'Recent amendments to Income Tax and VAT'.
Today's discussion will feature experts in the subject such as Inland
Revenue Department Deputy Commissioner M. Ganesharajah and Deputy
Commissioner D.M. Jude Devapriya.
The panelists at the discussion will be Inland Revenue Department
Commissioner J.P.D.R. Jayasekara and Senior Commissioner A.L.A. Sirisena. |
