UNP's proposed NE administration: Jaffna public apprehensive The UNP's proposal to set up an interim administration in the North and
East for a "brief period" has raised concern among the Jaffna
public regarding whether it will be dominated by the LTTE, sources in the
North said.A majority of the public of Jaffna in the territory under the
administration of the government in the district are those who had fled
