Police), late Richmond, Frances, Kumari and Rohan (Singapore), passed away under tragic circumstances. Cortege leaves St Joseph’s School for the Deaf, Ragama on Friday 31st August at 3 p.m. for Holy Mass at SS Peter & Paul Church, Ragama, followed by interment at Church Cemetery.
