Constitution will be changed democratically: S. B. Dissanayake

The procedure of adopting a new constitution without obtaining a two thirds majority in Parliament has been drawn up with the advice of local and foreign constitutional experts. This whole exercise will be done in a democratic manner fully in keeping with the terms of the present constitution, said Samurdhi, Rural Development, Parliamentary Affairs and Up Country Development Minister, Deputy Finance Minister and SLFP General Secretary S.
